This Glazed Peach Bread is packed with juicy peaches and topped with a cinnamon crumble and sweet vanilla glaze. You'll fall in love with the soft and fluffy texture and deliciously sweet flavor!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a two 9x5-inch loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray. Alternatively, you can use one loaf pan and one muffin pan. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly beat in the eggs, vanilla bean paste, and yogurt.
Add in the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined, being careful not to over mix. Gently fold in the diced peaches. Spoon batter into prepared pans, filling half-way.
Streusel topping:
To make the streusel, combine the brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and flour until thoroughly mixed together. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle of bread comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Glaze:
To prepare the glaze, add powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla bean paste in a small bowl. Drizzle over cooled bread.
