Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups fresh, frozen, or canned corn (I used canned corn in these photos. If using frozen corn, you may need to increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes)
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for topping if desired

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add corn, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until heated through and most of butter is absorbed.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat and continue to stir until cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
