2 cups old-fashioned oats 2 cups milk any kind ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract ½ cup pumpkin puree 2½ tablespoons packed light brown sugar 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice ¼ cup chopped pecan for topping if desired
