  • 1 (15.25 ounce) box Funfetti cake mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons colored sprinkles if desired


  • Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy with a electric hand mixer, about 2-3 minutes. Add in egg and cake mix and beat until combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until bars turn golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  • Cut into bars and serve.


Bars will keep covered for about three days.
