I’ve got breakfast on my mind today, friends!
More specifically, a super easy, make-ahead, freezer-friendly, meal prepping kind of dish!
We could all use a few more of those meals…am I right?
After all, I’m an expert when it comes to quick breakfast recipes. These quesadillas, those taquitos, and this mug omelet is a must-make for busy mornings!

If you’ve never made easy sliders before, you’re in for a treat, friends!
Not only are these a breeze to make, but they can be made ahead of time so it’s easy to eat during the week.
Cheesy eggs, smokey bacon, and sausage, all wrapped up in a roll and topped with garlic butter. It’s love at first bite!
How to Make:
- Hawaiian slider rolls work perfectly for this recipe. However, any type of dinner roll will work. Simply slice in half horizontally and place the bottom half of rolls on a greased baking pan.
- Scramble some eggs and then spread evenly onto the bottom of the rolls in the baking dish.
- Using the same skillet, cook the bacon according to the package directions until crisp. While the bacon is cooking, warm the sausage. Layer the bacon on top of the eggs, followed by the sausage.
- Top with slices of cheese and then the tops of the slider rolls.
- Prepare the garlic butter glaze and brush on tops of rolls.
- Pop the breakfast sandwich sliders into the oven and let it work its magic.
What Cheese is Best?
Any type of cheese is delicious! I love sharp cheddar, but swiss, Colby jack, or fontina would also be tasty.
Can You Make These Ahead of Time?
Absolutely! This breakfast sandwich recipe is perfect for meal prepping on the weekends. Simply make the night before and then wrap each sandwich individually and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Microwave until warm and devour!

Can You Freeze These?
Yes! Simply let them cool to room temperature, then slice and wrap individually or as a whole. When ready to eat, thaw at room temperature and then microwave.
