- In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla and beat very well using a hand mixer until smooth. Tip: make sure your cream cheese is softened well, otherwise you'll end up with little chunks in the dip.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip until combined. Serve immediately with fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, etc. or refrigerate until ready to serve.
