Loaded with the classic toppings of bacon, lettuce, and tomato, this Skinny BLT Ranch Dip is made with a Greek yogurt base and swirled with hints of ranch dressing.

We’re nearing the end of July and I feel like summer just started!

Who’s with me? We still have the month of August to look forward to, so that makes me feel just a little bit better. In between the business of the season, I’ve been trying to soak up as many of the summer flavors as I can.

After I made this BLT Ranch Pasta Salad (one of my most popular recipes to date), I couldn’t get enough of the flavors. The hubster and I eat BLT’s frequently in the summer, so the pasta was perfect for us. And since I’m all about fresh tomatoes, I try to find any excuse I can to load up on them every week.

Loaded with the classic toppings of bacon, lettuce, and tomato, this Skinny BLT Ranch Dip is made with a Greek yogurt base and swirled with hints of ranch dressing.

So when Blue Diamond sent me a few boxes of their Artisan Nut Thins, I couldn’t wait to create a dip to go along with it.

If you haven’t tried these Nut Thins, then you’re missing out! They’re made with brown rice, almonds, and a variety of seeds. Plus, they’re gluten-free and wheat-free. How about them crackers, err, thins? Since these Nut Thins are made from wholesome ingredients, it’s a snack that I feel good about munching on.

And that’s where this Skinny BLT Ranch Dip comes into play. Loaded with the classic toppings of bacon, lettuce, and tomato, this healthier dip is made with a Greek yogurt base and swirled with hints of ranch dressing.

It’s zesty, creamy, and the perfect dip to complement the Artisan Nut Thins.

Loaded with the classic toppings of bacon, lettuce, and tomato, this Skinny BLT Ranch Dip is made with a Greek yogurt base and swirled with hints of ranch dressing.

This Skinny BLT Ranch Dip was inspired by my BLT salad and is modified only slightly from the dressing that I used.

Instead of using a combination of mayonnaise and Greek yogurt, I opted to use just Greek yogurt in this dip. It makes for a healthier base, packed with protein.

And when you add in the tomatoes and lettuce, it’s almost like a veggie dip, right? Until the bacon comes in…but let’s consider the bacon a health food for now, k?

If you’re looking for a dip that screams summer, than this it it!

The creamy texture, crunchy bacon, and fresh tomatoes and lettuce make a flavorful dip that’s full of BLT yummy-ness. And when you dip some of Blue Diamond’s Muti-Seeds Nut Thins into it, be prepared to be wowed. This is the ultimate, healthier snack that’s perfect for your next get-together or just to keep all to yourself!

This dip looks so delicious! BLT’s are my favorite in the summer, so this dip is right up my alley. I love those nut thins! I discovered them a few weeks back and have been hooked ever since. I’ve struggled to find a good gluten-free cracker and those really hit the spot. I love how thin they are so they don’t overpower whatever your dipping them in! I can’t wait to try this dip 🙂

Aren’t those crackers the best?! They didn’t last long in our house. 🙂

Your dip looks delicious, and I love that you’ve made it a “skinny” version. Extra protein with the crackers is probably SUCH a filling snack! Pinned!
